Elevating Urban Living with Pedestrian-Centered Outdoor Design
Anchored by a dynamic central paseo, Perch by Trumark Homes reimagines urban living in Downtown Dublin with 60 modern homes on 2.7 acres. Gates Studio, working closely with KTGY Architects and Mackay & Somps Civil Engineers, crafted a pedestrian-oriented landscape that blends community connection with contemporary style, making it the first neighborhood in the city to offer rooftop decks.
Every outdoor space was thoughtfully designed to support walkability and encourage daily interaction. The grand paseo serves as the neighborhood’s social heart, where residents can gather around a fireplace, relax by a water feature, or enjoy shaded seating that flows naturally into the surrounding architecture.
This project was completed in 2018.
